Honestly, I just drink a half gallon of 2% milk a day. Sometimes I'll mix it with soy protein; it's worked great for me thus far. Lot's of fish and chicken too.

Some say you get plenty of protein in regular foods but I and many others disagree and take protein supplements along with our meats and other products.
I basically stick to protein and Creatine as well as fish oil. I recommend the bodybuilding forums on the internet for some further help from people that are or have been in the same boat such as yourself.

Fish oil does so many good things for the human body, I forgot to mention that I take fish oil, flax seed oil, Mega Man Sport, and One-A-Day daily vitamins.

Add Protein shakes for breakfast, and post workout.
Eat more bananas or any healthy food for that matter. Fishoil is great like someone else said.
I actually drink this every morning.

You dont need the liquid greens either. Just protein powder, banana, berries, and ice/water.
Lift, lift, lift.

If you are taking creatine drink a boat load of water, cycle it or you will harm internal organs.
Better yet - just lift weights and workout naturally
