It only sucks for about 2 weeks.
Your not always going to be that hungry. Your body eventually will adjust and the hunger pains won't be as extreme as they are initialy.
But for about 2 weeks you are going to be miserable.
You just gotta plan your meals out before you eat and know every calorie that goes in your body and find some time to exercise.
I used to weigh 308 pounds and im 235 right now. Im being very brief with my tricks on dieting but trust me if a food lover like me can drop a ton of weight anyone can.
You just gotta have a plan and be focused and consistent with it.
