Mark Sanchez
What round is he projected to go?
What do you guys think his NFL future will be?
He is a bit confusing to me. He wasn't lights out at USC, but he seemed to have some tools.
Any thoughts?

And both could take a Michael Phelps size bong rips to the face and be twice the QB Brad Johnson pretended to be this year.

1st round
eventual starter (but no idea how good...just like 100% of everyone else)
slightly better arm than Leinert
surprisingly, measured under 6'3"...as did Stafford

Sanchez took a lot of heat from his coach for opting out early to enter the nFL.
His coach clearly thought he needed another year in college, and that makes me wonder why.
But he does seem to have all the tools.

I like him. He has a better arm than Leinart and is a smarter player. He'll go first round and will put up good numbers every year.

Might be this years Joe Flaco. Stafford however, has no chance in hell to be this years Matt Ryan.

lol, why does he have to be the "hispanic" version? He can't just be another version of Matt Leinart?
I don't know if he'll be good at the next level, who knows with these guys anymore. I'd rather have a piece of their defense than their offense this draft though.
We need wins, and that's all we need. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster over wins. I'd trade Ware, Lee and Dez if it meant more wins.

If he flops he can always get work as a body double.

Out of all the College QB's I saw this year I thought he made the most impressive throws.
He didn't exactly light it up (stat wise) but he threw the ball into some tight windows almost effortlessly.
Combine that with his size and athletic ability and you have a bigtime prospect.
My only problem with Sanchez is the amount of games hes played in College.
I can't fault him for leaving because of the money but he really needed to stay and sharpen his skills a little more IMO.
As far as talent goes I would snag him off the board quick if I was a West Coast Offensive team in need of a QB because he has the potential to be bigtime.
