I havent watched espn in months! Not because I think they are biased or whatever but because of stuff like this..

Its just a station full of dummies for the most part. I dont watch the nba so there is no point in turning it on.

Looks like I am not missing anything.

I'm sure you're right. Nobody loves a good staged argument like ESPN.

First of all, this is Mel Kiper's baby. He started a lot of this stuff before it was cool. Mel is a guy who has always had strong opinions and tells you what he thinks. McShay never seems to say anything interesting. I don't have any use for him.

But remember, this is ESPN. This is the station that took David Aldridge (one of the most respected NBA guys around) off the air to replace him with Stephen A. Smith, who is an imbecile. This is the business that likes to put a guy named Scoop Jackson on television to try to talk about basketball and doesn't utilize a guy who knows his stuff cold like Marc Stein. Geez, this is the company that hired Emmitt Smith to talk about all things pertaining the NFL. Their track record isn't that great.

CBS Sportsline. Kiper's value is more on the web than on TV and he has a loyal following. Also, Kiper's realm is really college football as opposed to McShay who's main body is with the NFL.
