Default Deja vu all over again

In the aftermath of the events of this past week and the subsequent signing of TO by Buffalo, I was taken back in the time machine to when Dallas signed TO!
I am reading and hearing the same things on the net and radio that were spewed 3 years ago.
1.TO will be on his best behavior because he is on a 1 year contract and knows this is his last chance

2. Buffalo has a strong veteran coach who can handle him

3.TO is being persecuted by the media and is really a good teammate, not the anti everyone portrays him

4.signing TO has some inherent risks but his prodigious talent is worth it in the form of at least a couple of more wins

To all of the above I say "baloney" or something worded stronger.
I will no doubt miss especially the TD production sometime during the next season BUT am I alone is admitting that it was just getting too much at the end of last season
I was tired of the constant camera shots to TO on the sideline even after the opponents made a play! "Lets see TO's reaction", "Is he going to melt down and blow?" How many times (especially Aikman and Buck) would announcers early in the game say something along the lines of "TO hasnt got his touches yet!!! You know he is going to have some negative reaction any minute now!"

I was tired of that slight cringe after he scored--wondering what kind of celebration he would come up with and would it kind of be embarrassing by the amount of attention it would draw to him

I am all about scoring and self expression but TO did take it to a new level.

I was tired of Romo going to his spot on the bench and kind of avoiding eye contact as TO hovered around. I can just imagine Romo dreading the TO "reaction" to a missed pass the previous series

I was a bit nervous about the effect he might be having on younger players such as Tashard (making the TC sign after a score)--maybe I am reading too much into it

I was definitely sick of the talking heads on ESPN-specifically no talent Carter and his moron side kick Meshawn and the perceived hate they had for TO that enveloped the whole Cowboys

So I guess by now you can guess I am on the "addition by subtraction" side of the equation!
Kudos to the cowboys and replacing Canty with IGOR. I was a bit confused at how Canty's value seemed to increase during the free agent period. I saw some sites place him in the top 10 free agents available. It seems to me just a while ago he was under criticism for not progressing-even regressing and not seeming to have that necessary mean streak to lift his play to the next level
Perhaps I am an overly critical fan but he always struck me as one of the culprits in the late game fades our defense has become famous for. Canty would make plays early in the game--dance around etc but seem to become a non factor as the game went on
Just my opinion
I could be wrong

so what are your thoughts?
will RW be an adequate replacement?
I wouldnt mind if the Cowboys became a power running team ala the Steelers or Giants
that scheme has proven to be successful over the past 2 years
