Have you read that book Artie, friend of mine let me borrow, but there is a book on that very subject. Its hard to defend or argue since i feel a lot of disorders are used or "applied" out of context. ITs a heck of a read tho. You have to be in a mindset to read it because a lot understanding has to go into it.

Actually NY's budget is balanced and social programs did not get cut. We're doing fine.
