If the Bills miss the playoffs their pick can't be any higher then 20 right? Don't the 12 playoff teams automatically go above records. We picked 21 last year and the Ravens had the 20 selection. So I am guessing if the Bills miss out we will have the 18th or 19th pick???

Not 100% sure. They'll be playing the Steelers next week who might put themselves on autopilot in preperation for the playoffs.
Root for the Broncos and J-E-T-S JETS JETS!

I'm pretty sure if they miss their pick will be higher. Well we beat the Foreskins and only dropped two spots. All and all not too bad.

if the Bills win and dont make the playoffs (which is possible) they will have the 20th pick, which of course we'll receive...the ebst scenario is for them to lose, because that could affect their pick by a few spots to the good side
the team with the best record that doesnt make the playoffs will have pick #20...the 12 playoff teams have picks 21-32

But we need the Broncos to beat the Colts as well . . . . Hopefully, the Colts do a Philly and rest Manning and Harrison.

All draft positions are in order of worst to best records regardless of playoffs. With the exception of the 2 Super Bowl teams always pick last regardless of their records. Winner choosing 32nd and loser choosing 31st.
So an 8-8 record, and win the SB, you choose last. A 15-1 record, lose the SB, choose 31st.
An 8-8 record, in the playoffs but lose, then you fall back to your normal slot, which could be higher than #20.

Sorry, but the 12 playoff teams do not automatically pick 21 to 32, see my other post on this.
Unless they changed the rules for this year, which I doubt.

Nope, wrong. The playoff teams are granted #21-32.
