although i can't wait for the cowboys to build a new stadium it will be weird to see them play anywhere but texas stadium for home games.

I agree with that. I have wrestled with the issue myself. I think after a year or two, I will adjust. Texas Stadium has been great, but it is time for something new and improved.

If this passes though they will be going back home to where it all started, it has been a long time since I watched the Cowboys play at the Cotton Bowl complex

Now that's an idea. I might keep the old digi camera in the car and take a pic a week.

"They are negotiating in good faith. But I could see us here next year at this time, still negotiating," County Commissioner Margaret Keliher told The Dallas Morning News in Wednesday's editions.
You've got that one wrong Marge... they will look elsewhere by this time next year...

I don't see it happening in the Fair Park area. There are just too many obsticles to over-come for this . I would much rather see it happen in an area where we build something new and fresh. Ellis, Denton, Rockwall, Grapevine, McKinney.

If this project were to go forward in fair Park, would mean that part of the creative retail area would be left to the City of Dallas to complete... forget that. The City can't even find the resources to fill the pot holes in the street much less complete the Jones creative vision.

Great business men should never leave their grand visions to a City or County to complete.

Let's move on to an area where we have total control over the out-come.

Poor Dallas.

At least we have a new Police Chief. Looking forward to Him resolving the crime in fair Park area as well as the rest of the City of Dallas.
