Default What did you have for Breakfast today?
Myself, I'm having a Spam and Egg Sandwich. Hard Frided Egg with Fried Spam, between two pieces of buttered bread, toasted in a hot skillet with American cheese, mustard and Tabasoc.

The Creme De La Creme of He-Man Breakfast Sandwiches.

My wife usually cooks either 2 eggs and ham on a plate, or 1 egg with ham and cheese on an english muffin with some type of juice. (orange or Welches Lite grape juice)

Today I had Honey Nut Cheerios.

I never drink coffee until I get to work. I don't want it messing with my hour of extra sleep on the train while commuting in.

I've got more red flags than Soviet Russia!

I ate my usual crisp, juicy Gala apple.

Then, our secretary showed up with donuts and I had to have one, so I got one with chocolate icing on top.

I'll eat a handful of green chile- and garlic-flavored pistachios a little later.

Do you put anything in your shake? When I do the chocolate shake I put a banana in and blend it.

I love frozen strawberries and blueberries in the vanilla ones.
