Default Packers loss mean sum for us??

Pardon my ignorance but what does green bays loss mean to us? Does it put us in a better situation, or does at least give us a little more chance??

As of right now it doesn't do anything in terms of playoff spots - they still hold the head to head against us. If they drop a game it could be something but right now it's diddly.

Well yea. Every loss for the Packers, Eagles, and Giants puts us in a better position in regards to the playoffs.

It helps us only if we finish the season with a better record than they do.

EXACTLY doomsday: we could still beat them out by one game and host them in the first round: first time I've EVER cheered for the steelers: and the last. I felt DIRTY afterwards......went and took a shower.

Amazing what we will do in the name of the Cowboys.

I could have killed Tomlinson with that stupid on side kick call. people jump Wade? that was pure stupidity. Same with Reid going from it from his own 29 yard line in the Philly game

I think if Dallas can win out and GB loses 1 of their last 2 games;

Dallas will win the NFC East and it could mean Dallas would face GB at home instead of PHI.

If they go on a little losing streak, it could open up the possibility that the Giants and Dallas get in the playoffs. Which would be good if the Giants win out and we lose one. Our one loss wouldn't eliminate us.

Giants: 3-0
Dallas: 1-1
Green Bay: 0-2

Then Dallas and the New York are the wildcards.

It means that Green Bay and Dallas are both 9-5, however they have the tiebreak on us.

So basically it means we are 1/2 game behind them in the Wildcard race currently. If the playoffs started tonight, they would be the #5 seed and we would be the #6 seed.
