Default Vikings-Giants

Whats the vibe for the Giants going into this game?

Are they going to lay down or put up a fight?

I think after the embarrassment of last week Coughlin will have his team ready to play. I don't think that ensures a Giants win but I do think they will come out fighting in this game.

a giants loss screws over the eagles and the cowboys......and they know this.

i see the giants waving the white flag, while mocking both division rivals....knowing that Minnesota will now have the bye and their NFC east foes will have to play the wildcard round.

You play to win. If Coughlin has half a brain, he'll play to win.
Here's to good friends livin' large in Texas. Texas forever!

They'll lay down after the first half. They're sitting a lot of guys in practice. Jacobs and Ross went to the IR. Osi controversy. They might play hard for a half but once they're down and getting punched in the mouth they'll lay over and die. Coughlin will do all he can i'm sure, but the players have to play, and they won't.

I think the Giants winning is more likely than an unmotivated GB winning.

But if the Vikings win at 1, neither Ari or GB have much to play for.

GB is totally motivated. They want to remain hot. They want to close the year out with a win and go into the playoffs with momentum.

Default I won't ....

...trust the Giants at all.

Many of the players don't really care anymore.

Giants injury report as of today, it's not pretty.

http://www.nfl.com/injuries?team=NYG

That's a lot of talent sitting on the bench, including 2 starting CB's. The only thing that gives me hope that the Giants might pull this off is the fact that the Vikings pass defense has been atrocious lately, and Eli will be able to put up some numbers against them. If the Giants can get a turnover or 2 in good territory I think they can pull it off but it's looking like we'll be playing the Eagles back to back.
