Floyd Little
I don't mean to be disrespectful, and I hate to pass judgments on players I never saw play, but how does a guy that's currently 62nd on the all time rushing list, and only had one 1000 yard rushing season get elected into the hall.
Obviously, stats don't tell the whole story. So, what's the deal with this guy?

He was a very good RB, I loved watching him play when I was young and one of my all time favorites. As for the 1,000 yards well hard to do when you play 14 games.

I guess his work as a return man played a role in him getting into the HoF. He was a very good kick returner and punt returner. It was not his work solely as a runner because he only averaged 3.85 yards per carry for his career. Don Perkins averaged 4.14 yards per carry.

Very good players end up in the HOF.
Little led the NFL in rushing for the six-year period from 1968 to 1973. He retired as the 7th leading rusher in NFL history with 6,323 yards rushing and 54 touchdowns.

People have to be reminded of HISTORY... He was an outstanding player, my father used to talk about Mr. Little all the time.

Outstanding, HOF player. One of the best backs at the time. Played on horrible Denver teams his entire career. Was just about the only offensive threat the team had. Still racked up the yards. If he had played on teams that were merely "decent," he would've finished higher than 6th in all time rushing.

So he was a diamond surrounded by trash. Got it.
Does this mean Archie Manning should get inducted?

Did Archie lead the league in passing for 6 years? If he did, then yes.
