Dog and monkey become best friends

Here's the story:

Billy the dog disappeared during the big floods of 2002 in Caia, Mozambique. He emerged from the jungle later that year, carrying a little monkey on his back, Kiko.They were skinny and half dead, but they both survived. Billy had defended Kiko from all the dangers of the jungle, including a bunch of wild dogs looking to have Kiko as a meal. They are inseparable now. Kiko sleeps hugged to Billy. They now eat and do everything together.
