If we stay pat and pick @ #11
who do you think the players are on our board that JJ and BP feel are worth the #11 pick?
QB's Rogers or Smith - If one of them is there do we dare?
RB's Benson,Cadillac or Brown - Just asking?
WR's Big Mike or Braylon - Real possibility I think.
LB's DJ or Merriman - Another real possibility I believe.
DE's Spears or another - Maybe after the week he had at Mobile.
CB's Rolle or Jones - Maybe Rolle if you stay true to your board & he is BPA.
OL's Barron - Would they take a probable starter @ RT?
My gut tells me that DJ or Merriman,Mike or Braylon or Alex Barron would be the choice.OT wouldn't be a very sexy pick but if we don't add a starting caliber OT in FA then I wouldn't doubt it. BP has no choice but to upgrade Both sides of our line.
If they're sure about Henson then I say the pick is
Mike Williams

I think both QBs will be gone in the top 5. If one isn't then we trade down with some team wanting one of them.
Mike Williams or Derrick Johnson would be my hopeful choice but I won't be shocked if I am deeply disappointed.
Pay attention to Marcus Spears because the Cowboys certainly are.

If Mike Williams is there at #11, I would literally cry if we passed on him.
Seriously, I would trade up to get him forget what we need if we can part ways with maybe coakley and a 2nd next season plus the#11 to move up to the #8 spot I would be the happiest fan in the world....
If williams is gone I guess we can trade down 5 or 6 times, Because anything after that would assure me we would be going into next season we 3 injure WRs, Glenn, Johnson and Morgan, which would be like wacthing a CFL team or Europe team.......the all geritol team

If we take Spears at 11 - I will kill someone.

Parcells loves possesion recievers. That's what mike wiliams is. He is like a keyshawn johnson but taller bigger and faster. They both went to usc and maybe keyshawn can teach him the ropes, if we get him hopefully.

that's my biggest fear too...now if we're bent on drafting him I won't mind a great trade-down and pick up an extra second or third and then taking Spears in the late teens of round 1, but at 11.....NOOOOOOOOOO. We don't have a good history of drafting DEs. I don't even care if we use both our firsts to draft Spears and Merriman but if that's the case, i want an extra second or third pick from a trade down to do it.
But Mike Williams and Rolle are the headlines on my wish list.
Still left to accomplish:
sign OT Winston or G Moore

Just remember one thing. Parcells #1 goal as far as personel this year was to replace Coakley with Bradie James. Didn't happen. Do you think he's given up? Not a chance. How about replacing him with someone faster and 6 inches taller?

No DE is a good pick at #11, but I'd take Spears or Roth at #20.
