Testaverde is gone !?

There is a going away party for Testaverde tonight.

The news is that he is relocating his family back to New York, so everyone is saying goodbye.

No news (yet) on a contract - but, draw your own conclusions


the guy went on later to say that he got his info from a very reliable source...who was invited to the party...vinnie is out and looks like another drew is in!

Hip! Hip! Hooray!

Drew Bledsoe would be a welcome addition. Sign him to a two year deal, and let nature run it's course. Meaning, Henson will eventually take over this coming season or the next for sure.

With Bledsoe's release and the Cowboys not contacting him yet Vinny see the writing on the wall. But he is premature if the Jets have not offered him a contract; the Bledsoe signing could fall through and we would likely offer him a contract then.

As far as the QB position goes, I feel that this is going to be a long season. But then again, it depends on who we bring in, if any, at the WR position.

We really don't have to bring anyone in at WR if Glenn and Key can both stay healthy all year. But at their ages that is a BIG If...so I'm with you on bringing in a young WR. I think Edwards and Williams are likely both gone before we get a shot at them but I'd be tickled pink if we got Williamson.
