No, they paid Brunell $40M, now that is something to laugh your *** off about!

No
because Vinny is better than anything they got now

Even if you didn't like Patrick Ramsey, you would take him over a 42 year old who is a season away from throwing the most interceptions in NFL history

I'll telll ya what makes me laugh.
The fact that no matter what Dallas does, or who they send out there, they can still beat the Redskins.
It doesn't matter if Campo is the coach, if Quincy is the QB, or if Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are in the backfield.
Dallas still wins.
That's funny.

I've laughed my ase off at him last year and for most of his career. Vinny's ineptitude is duly noted and has been for a long time now.

I would bust a gut if:
Vinny T
Drew Henson(jury will be out for a few years on him)
Tony Romo
Drew bledsoe
was their QB

True I like Ramsey... But Ramsey took such a beating I think he is falling into that Bledsoe mold of watching the LOS instead of keeping his eyes down field

If any of the above QB's were on the Redskins, this board would not stop with the jokes. I mean we had a blast picking on Spurrier. Imagine if they had Vinny starting. The only reason why fans defend him is because he plays for us. Had he been a starter for any other team, the guy would be comic material.

For a 1 year contract for barely above minimum and incentives,no. There's nothing to laugh about.
Now, if they traded a 3rd round pick for him and gave him a seven-year, $43 million contract with an $8.6 million signing bonus ... that would be quite a laugher.
I went over to Extremeskins right after Vinny connected with Patrick Clayton down the sidelines, and I didn't hear much laughter.

Granted the Brunell signing is hilarious but I hardly think you guys would be so forgiving even if he was signed to a 1 year deal.
Sorry but I would take Ramsey over Vinny any day.

Well, Redskin fans were laughing when we signed Vinny Testeverde on June 1st when I checked into Extremeskins. And then when Vinny hit Crayton perfectly in stride down the sidelines, I checked back in and I didn't see much laughing.
Ramsey is going into his 4th season now. Its put up or shut up time for him. And if he doesn't put up, the Redskins QB situation is worse than ours, despite pumping exponentially more resources into it in both money and draft picks.
