From all indications Drew Bledsoe will be signed next week as our next QB.

Please give me your thoughts:

Length of contract........

Signing Bonus................

Salary................

How long does Bledsoe remain our #1 QB before he is replaced ?

2 perhaps 3 years.....$2 mil.....$7.5.....he starts all games in '05 and some in '06.

My big thing is this, if they want to bring in DB that is fine. What is really going to piss me off is if we go thru the entire season and Henson doesn't get any playing time. Even if it is only a couple of series each game, he should get some time.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

I concur........There are just some things a young QB can't learn sitting on the sideline holding a clipboard.

Until Parcells is no longer coachin here. Bledsoe is a Parcells guy and uhhmm Parcells guys get special treatment. Bledsoe can throw 4 INTs every game for the first 8 games of this comin season and he will still be startin and uhhhmmmmm give us the best chance to win.
