IRVING - The Cowboys won't sit idle during the bye week. They begin preparations for Tennessee on Wednesday.

"We don't over prepare, we prepare for the next team and you have to do that every week, but the more you know about them the more you work on them the better chance you have to play well against that team and know their strengths and weakness," Phillips said.

Phillips and his staff will also spend the bye week "analyzing everything we've done."
