Everyone is saying this draft is weak for o lineman and mlbs so im just wondering what it is strong in and more specifically what is the speculated first round talent strong in?

DL and WR's are the strength of the first round.

Weak at ILB and LB overall, OL and RB.

You could see 5+ WR's in the first round.

QB, DE, CB, maybe DT

oh and maybe RB, murray, and mark ingram

It is not the waitress's fault!

Ugh sounds like the worst draft to have a top 5 pick in, guess we can always grab a CB we'll be needing one.

If this draft is weak for lineman, we're in a lot of trouble.

Defensive line.

You also have two very good CBs likely coming out in Prince Amakumura (sp?) and Patrick Peterson, both of whom are much better than any of the CBs drafted in the 1st round this year.

No freaking corners at three. Ill be so glad when this Is shot down come next spring. this pick has a chance to be a massive blessing in disguise. We have a talented team that will more than likely have a new coach and come out firing next year. With the money we have at cb it would be senseless to pick peterson. You get darius allowing ratliff to be freed up. Or you trade down and get ot or safety. Board will look half different few months. We have a chance to add a supremely talented player to a supremely underacheving team who may have gruden as a coach

What obscene money do we have tied up in the secondary?

Newman turns 33 years old at the start of next season.

Jenkins is a better CB than he's shown this season.

Scandrick is flatout scrub.

You don't see cornerback as a need?

Patrick Peterson is one of the best cornerback prospects to come out in years.

Unless there is another Ndamukong Suh-type defensive linemen coming out (which there isn't), I'm looking at the best player available at a position of need.

Patrick Peterson fits that billing at cornerback.

Those were my thoughts exactly.

My immediate thought was CB. I could see 4-5 going in the 1st.

The majority will declare since there are no senior WR's.

Anyone that would be against drafting a CB high needs to have their head examined. Our secondary is absolutely pathetic. You could take all of these losers out behind the figurative shed and shoot 'em like old yeller for all I care. Petersen would go a long way to help make up for the vortex of suck that Tnew and Jenkins are bringing to the field. I don't even want to mention Scandrick since he's going to be CUT after this season (Right Jerry? RIGHT JERRY???) so he'll be irrelevant.

No OL worth taking this high I guess, but I would also like a RB here. Marion, Felix, and Tashard are all absolute garbage and I hate them all. Mark Ingram please.

I really really love AJ Green here and I think he's going to be the biggest impact player in the draft but unfortunately that's the one position where we don't need help.
