Default CBA agreement and Underclassmen
Hey guys,

Do you know if the NFL players union and the owners don't come to a new Collective Bargaining Agreement if this restricts underclassmen from declaring for the 2011 NFL draft? I thought I heard about this somewhere before and of course the reason I'm so interested is because we're likely going to have a top 5 pick

No CBA means no Draft most likely.

FWIW NBA held a draft before the lockout was settled in 98'-99'. However the lockout didn't officially begin till the week after the draft.

IMO, they'll do the draft, reguardless.

Underclassmen won't likely enter the draft if theres no CBA in sight.
