Any Cingular wireless users out there?
I'm considering switching to get a package deal with my home phone, dsl and cell phone. How reliable is their service?

I've heard bad things about them, don't know for sure though. I'll stick to Verizon

I am going to switch to Cingular. I have verizon currently but they have jacked with me about a recent plan change which they messed up and my bill is $800 over the last 2 months. I am trying to get the charges waived but they have denied the credits 2 times. I even have the name of the employee that messed up the changes. I would not recommend Verizon at all. |
