Arturo Freeman?

What about this guy for FS? I don't know much about him other than he's not old, he started for Miami, he was released (Miami has cap problems) and he had 4 picks last year. My friend is a diehard Miami fan and said he's pretty good. Unless there's some injury situation that I'm not aware of, we should probably take a look at this guy. It doesn't seem like there are many great options out there. Opinions?
