Consider the Dallas Cowboys. Since 1998, they have had 14 starting quarterbacks. That's only two less than the league leaders -- Miami and Cleveland, each of which has had 16 starting quarterbacks during that 13-season stretch. That information is courtesy of the Indianapolis Colts, who have had exactly one starting quarterback since 1998 when they made Peyton Manning the No. 1 pick in the draft.
