I-tunes... HELP !!!!

My I-tunes is acting funny. When I go to the itunes store, it pops up and then goes to a blank, white screen.

I can still click on Music..Movies...Podcasts...etc and it will go to the respected page....and again...white.

I ran diagnostics, checked the connectivity and everything was fine.

It's killing me, I really want to DL new stuff tonight.

Anybody know what's up?

I just download stuff straight from my ipod now. If you have wifi thats a nice fallback.

I have not had that problem and not sure what it could be.

However you might try a couple of things...

1. Deauthorize your computer and close out your itunes. Load itunes again and authorize your computer.

2. See if you can download the newest version of itunes and see if that resets something.

I have no clue if itunes records cookies, history or temp files/cache. It does seem to be a bit of a browser so maybe it does but even if it does I am not sure where you could check that.

Last thing to try is getting in contact with someone from itunes or seeing if they have a FAQ section.

Hope you get it sorted out.

I would tell you to use the add/remove programs to take itunes off you computer and then reinstall but I am afraid you might lose a bunch of apps you have downloaded.

reinstall/repair might be your best bet, just redownload the install file and click that option
