This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Thats both funny and not funny. You want to giggle at it, but you can tell that was a very bad deal.

To assume is always the first mistake in failure. He should not have assumed the water wasn't frozen. Not only that; if it had been frozen, but not very deep, he could have gotten held underneath a sheet of ice.
