Trade down for Watt then trade back up into the late 1st and take Solder.

I heard a description that getting Watt would be like a better Tony Tolbert.
There's no right way to do the wrong thing.
To compete for the playoffs, Dallas has to improve here: Only four sacks against Eli Manning over the past six games!

JJ Watt will not be the Cowboys 1st pick.
Hey gang I know we just went 6-10, have no DB's, 1 linemen, and a perpetually banged up QB. But heres this try hard DE who will give you 100% and you know wont be trouble off the field

You could be correct but i'm sticking with trade up for Peterson or Smith.

I think that too remember before last year's draft and the emergence of Miles Austin, JJ insisted during countless interviews that the team wasn't taking a WR because in his mind that was a strength of the team at the time and when draft night came BAM!! Dez Bryant was drafted so take anything JJ says with a grain of salt.

Too much smoke going around this kid and Dallas..Mosley, Broaddus, and now (at least I think) Jerry

I think a move up for Peterson is the only other option..barring another team taking Watt

In all seriousness, Jordan is much more explosive than Watt is.
Watt is probably the prototypical 3-4 DE though.
We need wins, and that's all we need. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster over wins. I'd trade Ware, Lee and Dez if it meant more wins.

Just curious. I clearly think he is an option I just tend not to believe much of what any of the teams are saying right now.
