Default Good News for Us - Eagles Can't Trade Kolb During the Draft

Just read Schefter on Twitter and he says no trading players during the draft. Also no free agent signings during the draft.

That's exactly the player I was thinking of.

From his perspective, I wouldn't be too happy about what's going on.

But from a Cowboys' perspective it works out better for them.

Add to that another uncapped year (if that's how it goes) and things work out as well as Dallas could have hoped.

Works against San Francisco and Arizona. Especially SF because they have a bounty of picks they could trade.

sweet, whether he's worth it or not teams do dumb things during the draft especially desperate ones and the thought of them getting PP makes me ill.

This has been out there for a month. No player trades during the draft.

Has bum out a bunch of teams and does add cred to talks that some teams will overreact, and reach for QBs in the draft.

I think AZ wants Kolb.

So after the draft, the Eagles trade Kolb to a team like Arizona for a 1st next year. That team fails miserably under Kolb's leadership and the Eagles end up with 1st overall pick. Which would bother people more? The Eagles gaining Patrick Peterson or Andrew Luck? lol

Really can't imagine that any team would be dumb enough to give a 1st rounder for Kolb. He's had like 1 or 2 good games in his career. Other than that he's been extremely mediocre. A 2nd and a 4th seems like the best case scenario for the birds
