2 in a row for Rory? And if he didn't collapse at The Masters he'd have 3 in a row? I don't see it happening. He was on his game at the US Open, but The British is a whole different ball game.

as always depends on the weather, if the wind is blowing like crazy for a round or two Rory better have something besides that sky high driver.

I love KJ. I think that's who I'm going with. Another one to watch is Bubba Watson. He's playing as well as I've ever seen him play.

Darren Clarke. Phil with a big charge but gave it all away and Dustin Johnson gagged it away on a par 5 of all holes.

Yeah the short putt missed seemed to turn the tide for Phil. Hated to see him lose and was hoping an American would win but I was happy for Clarke given all he has gone through in his personal life to achieve this goal.

Since Daly was a past winner of the open he was able to play but failed to make the cut

Have a feeling Ricky Fowler is going to win it sometime in the near future though. Played very well in the worst of the weather.

Really pleased for Darren Clarke, must of thought his chance of a major had gone, but was really solid all week & deserved to win
