Default I Repeat Ryan Mallett Does Not Have Character Issues

Rumors shroomers...hey, that's it. You think he does shrooms?

Report: Mallett partied all night at the NFLPA rookie symposium

8/27/2011 9:35:09 AM

There were many questions surrounding New England Patriots rookie quarterback Ryan Mallett prior to the NFL draft. There were rumors of drug use and partying while he played at Arkansas.

After being drafted by the Patriots, many thought that Mallett would benefit from being around Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. Jason Cole of Yahoo Sports reports Mallett may need it a lot more than people close to him are willing to admit. Aside from the sordid tales of him from college, the latest story about him was the all-night partying he did at the NFL Players Association rookie symposium in Sarasota, Fla., in July, according to two sources.

You can't teach character - either someone has it or they don't.
