The Westboro Baptist Church plans to picket Sunday night's game between the Cowboys and the New York Jets.

The anti-gay religious group, which is famous for picketing military funerals, said in a press release that "the entertainment industry is a microcosm of the people of this doomed nation: hard-hearted, Hell-bound, and hedonistic to the max.

I'm really counting on NY and NJ fans to show their world famous class.

Call the Patriot Guard. Very sure there are probably at least three chapters within riding distance.

They can't get anyone to listen to them so they have to jump onto someone elses stage. Pathetic.

Anyone ever seen one of their protests? They're ridiculously small for all the press they get. Saw one at a Kevin Smith Q&A here in KC (so it's somewhat local for WBC) and there probably weren't more than 10-12 people. It took me a few minutes to realize who they actually were.

I wish I had gone earlier this year to his screening of his new movie (very loosely based on Fred Phelps) because he had members of their family, including Phelps' daughter (who I think is the church's lawyer and spokesperson) as personal guests (they protested before the show of course). They only stayed 20 minutes before walking out, but he had a Q&A afterwards and 2 Phelps family members who have left the family cult came up to the mics and gave some insight to how messed up the family is.

They should picket a game down at Cowboys Stadium, but they're probably aware that half of the fans in the stands there will be packing...

Okay, here's what I need...

1. 1 round trip plane ticket.

2. A getaway driver in a car with no plates. Just get me near the airport.

3. A ham and cheese on rye with some Lays potato chips.

4. A small first aid kit for my knuckles.

5. Someone on standby with bail money in case the getaway car is a lemon.
