Cowboys morning practice report: No pads, no helmets, five players out, but QB Tony Romo is good to go

IRVING -- Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo only practiced once last week before playing Monday night against Washington with a broken rib, but he's practicing today at Valley Ranch. Well, if you can call it that.
Cornerback Terence Newman is practicing (so no concussion for him) and running back Felix Jones is out there, too, after aggravating his right dislocated shoulder injury late in the game against Washington. Also, WR Dez Bryant (deep thigh bruise) is practicing again.
