Howard vs Cowboys...
How did Howard do against us last year ? Did he even play, I know he missed a few games due to injury...Just curious.
Be excellent to each other....

he played and had a good game...wasnt credited with any sacks and only had 3 tackles but was very active...
he missed games 1, 2 and 7...didnt miss anything after that and had his best games the last 5 or 6 weeks of the season

Thanks David...I should know this, but is he a RDE or LDE ? Will we run into the same situation, if we get him, that we had with Wiley and Ellis both being LDE ?

He is probably gonna wish he didn't ask for the moon when next year, he's a year older, played DT on all passing downs and ends up with under 5 sacks. What kinda "two-tiered" bonus is he gonna get then.
I had an apartment and I had a neighbor, and whenever he would knock on my wall I knew he wanted me to turn my music down and that made me angry 'cause I like loud music... so when he knocked on the wall, I'd mess with his head. I'd say, "Go around! I cannot open the wall! I dunno if you have a doorknob on your side but over here there's nothin'. It's just flat."

He was shut down. Note the 3 games missed were for a neck injury? and a knee surgery.
Saints Defense was dead last in team Defense last year. Not a good showing by our offense that day.

Dbair is right
(Broken clocks, twice a day)
I don't care what the stat line says, he had a very good game.
We made the Saints D look good in that game, and I distinctly remember how impressed I was with Howard. He was pretty impressive.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

Great point ! But its probably more of a Saints issue that a Howard one. But I would use that point when we neg. his 10 million dollar bonus vs. 17 Million...
