LIVING IT UP WITH PATTI LABELLE SHOWCASES SUPER BOWL GOSPEL CELEBRATION ON TV ONE: This Weekend, May 28 - 30

(May. 28, 2004) Contemporary music legend Patti LaBelle will offer viewers a behind-the-scenes look at The 2004 Super Bowl Gospel Celebration on her new half-hour series, Living It Up With Patti LaBelle this weekend on TV One, the new cable network targeting African American adults. The episodes will air Friday May 29th at 8 AM (ET) and 8 PM (ET) and is scheduled to repeat on Saturday at 11:00 AM (ET) and Sunday at 2:00PM (ET) and 7:00PM (ET)
This year’s event featured award-winning, singing sensation Patti LaBelle who shared the stage with gospel artists Donnie McClurkin, John P. Kee, Mary Mary, Dorinda Clark-Cole and Kim Burrell plus. Yolanda Adams co-hosted the event along with veteran NFL Players Chris Carter (Retired) and Quincy Carter (Dallas Cowboys quarterback).

The show was packed with appearances from top NFL players including: LeVar Arrington, Anthony Dorsett Jr., Marcus Price, Jamie Sharper, Brian Scott, Tommie Harris, Andre Davis, Daryl Jones and Fred Weary just to name a few.

Sounds nice, I'll check it out, I love me some Patti!! Wonder where they filmed it at, I saw Quincy last Friday night, and he told me that he was going to Georgia for the weekend the next day...

I think it was in Houston during Super Bowl weekend. I saw it last month. It was really good. BTW, for a "mobile" QC has no dance moves though.
