The Cowboys carry a four-game winning streak into December.

"I like plans where we get out there and get 30-point wins," Jones said. "I'm going to talk to him [Jason Garrett] about that.

"We need bigger wins."

I think he's being a bit facetious. Sure,we'd all like 30 point wins,but any win is a good win. There are no bad wins,as much as there are no good losses.
I wish the damn media would quit trying to make something out of a nothing statement.

Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

I know, I saw this the other day and was dumbfounded that the "writer" (or hack blogger, to put it more specifically) would take this innocuous comment and run with it. Media sensationalism at its worst and is obviously the work of an ethically bankrupt guy who is simply trying to make a name for himself.

Its really not surprising, in the least, that the Dallas Media were too stupid to know what was going on here. The collective IQ of the media that covers this team isn't even good enough to be thought of as mentally competent.

It's quite possible the guy knew it was tongue-in-cheek but ran with it anyway. There is plenty of stupid stuff that ends up getting lots of attention and plenty of fans who wouldn't recognize it as such even if the writer did. See Jerry's comments about needing to see 5 more years of DeMarco before naming him the starter. Plenty of posters here bought that one.
