1. Jason Garrett's clock management skills are lacking: Facing 3rd and 11 with about half a minute left in the 4th quarter, Tony Romo found Dez Bryant for a 15-yard pick up over the middle. But rather than using of his two time outs and stopping the clock with 26 seconds to go, Garrett opted to let the clock run down to the final seconds and settle for a 49-yard field goal attempt. Perhaps even more baffling, Garrett then called a timeout just seconds before Dan Bailey attempted the field goal, effectively icing his own kicker. Bailey's second attempt sailed wide left.

It was a bad hire period. How does somebody change a bad culture who is already part of it?

Opinion

Garrett will definitely feel the wrath of the media this week and he rightfully deserves it.

This is really the first time he's done anything that just really, really, really got me angry with his coaching.

Ive never been a fan of him putting on a 2 to 1 pass ratio, and forgetting the run (which he's done on a regular basis in Dallas as OC and now HC) but the last few games it appeared he realised that running the ball, even if its off to slow starts, is the smart thing.

But the clock management at the end of this game was just horrendous.

If that's the case, then you have incredible patience
