there are worse things to lose.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

We just drafted an OT and OG last year in the 2nd and 3rd round respectively (Rogers, Peterman). Neither played at all really.
If Barron is there at #20 then it's a possibility; otherwise, not going to happen.
We're mounting a full scale attack on the QB next year. Time to get the soldiers.

Well it's about time we mounted that full scale attack on the QB.
I certainly hope it happens.

In the second round a speedy wr like the kid from a&m could be had.
In the latter rounds we can find a free safety and add linebacking depth.
Just a thought- what do you guys think.

I wasn't suggesting it or saying it would happen. The point was it wouldn't be a bad pick to take Barron at 11 or 20. I don't have strong feelings about this draft and can't miss players nor about taking an OL in the first.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

A lot depends on whether we get Darren Howard or not. If we sign Howard, then a pass rusher is no longer a priority. This opens the door for a lot of possibilities come draft day.
A pass rusher is still priority IMO.
