Signing George means taking valuable snaps away from young RB's Jones, Lee, Bickerstaff, and Cason.
DALLAS already has the old man vet to help the young pups - Anderson.
Tuna will not sign George; it truly does fly in the face of everything they've done this off season.

Adding a 32 year old WR and a 29 year old coming off injury DE?
Parcells historically likes bigger backs and does not trust rookies much.
I guarantee you Parcells has discussed this move - potentially

We had a vet 230+ pound RB that averaged 3 yards a carry, that was younger and cheaper than George, his name was Hambrick.
He was a bigger, non-rookie back, right?

A lot of truth being told there!
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

George is a 30 year old RB with 10,000 yards that has averaged a little over 3 yards a carry for the last three years. He is washed up.

George is a very tired football player.

Eddie George played with a better o-line and qb than troy hambrick, and averaged less per carry than Hambrick. How do you figure at this stage of his career, he is better than Hambrick?
