I've kept an eye on hm . Since he declared for the draft , his stock has risen a good bit . Wes Bunting said that he could end up being the second guard taken , depending on his combine . I have seen him as high as second round on some mocks . Played LT this year , but projects as more of a guard in the NFL . I would like him in the second or third depending on his combine numbers . Big , good feet and has a mean streak .

This is a video of Brandon Washington vs Cam Johnson.

Keep in mind that he is playing LT but is projected to play OG in the NFL.

He has now declared his intentions to enter the 2012 draft.

I think he would have significant issues trying to play LT in the NFL, but he has great size, athleticism and strength for OG.

By draft time, he will probably be projected much higher than rounds 4-5.

I completely agree with the folks projecting him at OG. He's an adequate OT, but a very good athlete at guard. I'd love to nab this guy in the 3rd or beyond.

thanks for the reports guys good stuff

well if he moves up to the 3rd be a good spot

I hope we look at him

The 6-foot-4, 320-pound Washington had a strong sophomore season at guard before being moved to left tackle this year.

Washington had some struggles in pass protection on the edge and was called out by head coach Al Golden for needing to protect better.

Washington fired back at his coach in the media, citing his positional change, but Washington remained in the lineup after Golden threatened a move to the bench.

Washington's strength is run blocking, and he should move back inside in the NFL. At best Washington, would be a second-day pick.

Brandon Washington has the size and athleticism to be a starting guard in the NFL. He is a pretty good pass blocker and packs a nice punch as a run blocker. Washington plays with a mean streak and was twice named the ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week in his first year as a starter. He was an All-ACC first-team guard last season.

bring on the nastey OL

did any of you see Dahl the other night on MNF

he was cussing an swearing at the refs because of some holding call

wish we would have keep him

Wes Buntings says this guy may come out of the combine as the first guard behind DeCastro , a possible second round pick .

He was All-ACC at guard last year.
