Default It was reported on WFAN why Andy Reid and Norv Turner wasn't fired today

It was mentioned on WIP radio that Mike Francesca reported on WFAN that the Eagles Owner called the Chargers organization and told them to stay away from his coach. So that's why Norv Turner and the GM kept their jobs.

LOL

Reid has just one more year left on his contract. Lurie is going to hold him there and force him to fire a good portion of his coaching staff? Seems like a less than ideal situation.

It's a good day for the Pennsylvania farmers.

What? Reid is the most overrated coach out there...longevity doesn't mean good...he is still hanging onto Jim Johnsons coat tail, he has done nothing since Johnson left including winning a playoff game,,,,he is one of the leagues worst clock managers, uses way too many "pop Warner" gimmick plays that very seldom work but he keeps doing them...terrible on draft dat, he reaches for players he could get an entire round later, and to be a "great" coach you don't move an OL coach to a DC position

That OL coach got their D to play better than ours did.. maybe we should think about trying something like that.

Can't argue with Reid's record though.. he simply wins. The past decade the Eagles have owned the NFC East.

The Eagles owned the NFC East this year too. They were 5-1 against the NFC East. Luckily, they were 2-2 against the AFC East and 1-5 against the rest of the NFC.

Eagles fans want nothing less than a SB these days. Funny how they didn't have those expectations during the Reggie White/Randall Cunningham era. And no one ever said.FIRE BUDDY RYAN"

very odd if you ask me
