Default Bruce Irvin, WVU Mountaineers

is on in the bowl game vs clemson now on espn. It is a blowout though. west virginia 42 and clemson 20. And its only the first half.

bruce just caused a force fumble by running the QB down. A heck of a play. Big motor.

If he gets the angle, his speed rush is He looks LIGHT though, like no bigger than a tall safety. Looks like he can get overpowered a bit.

Bruce Irvin reminds me of Brooks reed the way he gets into the chest of the tackle and uses leverage to go with His motor.

He looks well coached but almost robotic in his movements . I'd like to see a little more violence

He's got good top speed and a nice frame.

I think we need more overall disruption. The tall QB's can always just step up.

That's why Ware can't always use his speed edge rush. He has to use the bull rush to take a direct line at the QB and still have him should he roll left.

Ware is always going to mix up his rush, but more push from the middle would make his job easier

your looking at the wrong guy the guy we want

Don Barclay, OT, West Virgini 6-4 #305.
Projected 40 Time: 5.16
Projected Round (2012): 3-5

10/28/11 Barclay had a quality performance against Marshall's standout pass rusher Vinny Curry. Barclay allowed some pressure, but did not give up a sack. Quarterback Geno Smith helped out his tackle by escaping the pocket and getting the ball out reasonably quickly. Curry may be the best pass rusher Barclay faces all season, so not giving up a sack causes him to be moved into the mid-rounds. Barclay had a harder game against LSU, allowing some heat on the quarterback, but he battled and had his share of wins.

Barclay is having a strong senior season who has improved his draft stock

left tackle Don Barclay. Overall, he did a good job in pass protection and gave quarterback Geno Smith time to throw. Barclay gave up a sack in the fourth quarter, but it was a coverage sack.

The 6-foot-4, 310-pounder has some quick feet and power. He would be better off moving inside to guard in the NFL and could be a good pick in the middle of the draft.
