Default Hypothetical Draft/OG Question... In Round 1

given the option, would you draft DeCastro at 14

OR, if the situation presented itself, would you

trade back 2-3 slots, and draft Glenn plus get an extra 3rd or 4th and say, pick up Blake as well for OC?

So, Option 1, DeCastro

Option 2, Glenn and Blake

Also, let's assume that in FA we do not get a Center for the purposes of this hytpothetical.

EDIT: With our additional draft pick via a trade down, I kept the player as another OL to keep the comparion OL vs OL.

I think Red ball is looking at smaller O linemen

And Bigg Davis had numbers at the combine in 2001 at 370 that were only slightly worse in a couple of areas then Glenn. Glenn is faster and had a slightly better cone and shuttle time; Bigg had a better vertical and broad jump.

As an aside, did you see Blake's Combine performance?

He seemed to have done very well. I think he will go by the end of the 4th round. Looks like he has starting talent, if not Year 1 then in Year 2.

If we drop back, we should take Peter Konz to fix the center position.

I dont think it is a problem anymore. I read Eskimo's stuff, and looked up some other things, and no one seems really concerned. We shall see.

Eskimo thought so. Frankly it is an additional risk we do not need. I guess he injured himself or something when he was doing the bench press and had to stop at 18. Red Flag on this guy

For a 3rd I would but probably not a 4th
