Aaron Wilson of Profootball.scout.com reports Alabama cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick is scheduled to take 10 NFL visits, according to an NFL source.

Among others, the imposing first-round draft prospect is set to visit the Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions and the Tennessee Titans.

At the NFL scouting combine, the 6-foot-2, 192-pounder ran the 40-yard dash in 4.51 seconds and registered a 35-inch vertical leap and a 10-foot broad jump.

A possession of marijuana charge in Florida filed against Kirkpatrick after he declared for the draft was subsequently dropped.

i want kirkpatrick not only cause hes a good player but 4 selfish reasons too im good friends with his x-brother in law and him and kirkpatrick are still close, i kno what really happened as far as that dope charge that was dismissed it was honestly a wrong place at the wrong time situation for kirkpatrick he s a good kid all in all.... so 4 me that'll b tickets to the games, i've never been to a cowboys game yet, im all the way in TN....

They might be looking at him for Safety. SDogo would be able to chime in some more. He had Kirkpatrick kind of with a late 1st/early 2nd grade in his tracker thread.
