Default Rumor: 2012 NFL Mock Draft: Cowboys Could Look At A Pass Rusher

Read More: Brodney Pool (S - DAL), Melvin Ingram (DE - South Carolina), Brandon Carr (CB - DAL), David DeCastro (G - Stanford), Dallas Cowboys, Arizona Cardinals, Stanford Cardinal

With the signings of Brandon Carr, Brodney Pool and Nate Livings in the first week of NFL free agency this off-season, the Dallas Cowboys don't have as many pressing needs headed into the draft as they did two months ago.

As a result, they are free to select the best player available instead of going for a need, which is why the latest SB Nation NFL Mock Draft has Dallas looking at OLB Melvin Ingram out of South Carolina:

I could see this happening if he's there.

He is pretty good but we have to be patient and not expect aldon smith or von miller numbers in the first year.

He won't be Aldon Smith or Von Miller right off the bat, he has a pretty big learning curve IMO.

I like that he can play all over the field. He played right, left DE, LB, DT and returned kicks as a freshman. Scored three Td's last year!

This guy is just versatile and makes plays.
