How can you put Arkin and Nagy down as misses?

Nagy was a 7th rounder and started for a while. Everybody knew Arkin would need at least a year to red shirt.

.......the team just went out and overpaid for two mediocre vets to plug gaping holes: IF they thought either Arkin or Nagy would pan out, would they have signed those guys? It's expensive Insurance IMO: Nagy or Arkin could surprise but they are skeptical right now; thus they signed those two JAGS
