Hey SDogo, any word on possible DE targets for the Cowboys if they did trade down in the first?

Facing a guard twice a year does not scare me in the slightest. That's the most ridiculous justification for drafting Decastro I've heard yet.
'Oh crap! We're facing the Eagles! We better gameplan around their two 1st round guards or else the game is lost!'
This Decastro-love is getting overboard. I understand everyone has their horse that they pick, but give me a break, we're going to be scared of facing a guard twice a year? I'm scared of facing Babin, JPP twice a year.

I doubt we are moving back because of money. the difference in contacts between 14 and someone in the 20s is like 2 mill in guarantee.

It's simple to me..here are our major holes..holes that HAVE to be addressed now..in no order
Center
TE
WR
CB
DE
This doesn't even include safety. Which many people, myself included, feel is our absolute biggest need..so we will pretend Pool fills that hole well enough for the immediate future..
That's 5 holes that have to be filled before the start of this season...it is absolutely unrealistic to expect to fill these 5 holes w 3 top 100 picks..trade down, pick up another top 100 pick and we are now giving ourselves a much better chance to fill most of our needs.

Hos was saying 2 of the 3 would be defensive players, I believe. Pass rusher and safety/corner imo.

You don't get it ... with DeCastro manning the Eagles offensive line, there's a pretty good chance Marcus Spears and/or Kenyon Coleman will get very little pressure on the QB when we play the Eagles. In fact, he's so good we might not be able to get much pass rush at all outside of Ware.
I know that's hard to fathom, but try to wrap your head around this kind of doomsday scenerio.

I think Dallas may have an issue considering that they are one of many teams that are floating out the trade down scenario. The Cardinals might actually end up foiling them by offering their pick in trade-backs to reclaim that 2nd they lost in the Kolb trade.

No doubt.
Here's a huge difference between looking into trade scenarios and actually getting the trade you want. There are 31 other teams out there

that is gonna leave a mark or at least it should
Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds, have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course, over a great ocean of anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair....Bertrand Russell

I am big DeCastro fan but facing him twice a year doesnt bother. RG3 OTOH might be a different story.
