Ridiculous School Detentions
Anyone ever get one? I mean, a ridiculous detention.
Like this on here:
I got a few myself, some pretty weak.
When I was in middle school people turned mechanical pencils into "staple shooters". More like "staple lobber" because the staples barely went anywhere and flew in a lame arc.
Think I got a week of detention for that.
Not quote as this picture here but pretty weak.

Your letter is a hoax that's been floating around the internet for years. Adam Hilliker (Adolf Hitler) April 20th (Hitler's birthday) "accepting my teachings without resistance," etc.
As for the detentions thing, yes, I got a detention in 3rd grade for getting my homework done in class instead of taking it home, the day it was assigned, not the day it was due.

I got OCS for...
Sitting in the classroom Thinking it's a drag
Listening to the teacher rap Just ain't my bag
The noon bells ring You know that's my cue
I'm gonna meet the boys On floor number two!
Smokin' in the boys' room
Smokin' in the boys' room
Now, teacher, don't you fill me up with your rules
But everybody knows that smokin' ain't allowed in school.
Formerly the notorious nyc!
I've got more red flags than Soviet Russia!
There is a good chance that you don't like me, but there is a better chance that I don't care.
If I'm not insulting you, I'm probably not aware that you exist.
Jerry Jones in the draft room is suicide on the football field. The line of scrimmage is EVERYTHING. Something Jerry doesn't understand.

My son actually got sent to detention because the back of his shirt wasn't tucked in, and another time because he forgot his belt. Stupid.

Teachers get on power trips and give out detentions for stupid stuff all the time just because they can.
In my experience it seems like English teachers are the worst for some reason.

I never had detention but I got a paddling in 1st grade because I lost my place in the book we were reading out loud. When it got to my turn to read out loud...I couldn't find where we were.
Record: 2-3 as of 10/15/2012 | Prediction: 7-9 | Final: 8-8 with a Romo choke

I got ISS(in school suspension) for
getting punched in the face in kindergarten(he stole my scissors, I "tattled", we both had to stay behind to erase the black board, unsupervised he punched me I cried and he lied and said I called him a name and I was blubbering too much to deny it)
falling asleep in class in 5th grade
asking too many questions(relative to the material) in 5th grade(apparently disrupting class)
forgetting my belt in 7th grade
fighting in 7th grade(guy was throwing things at me, told him to stop, walked by me hit me in the head with the spine of a book, told the teacher who was a sub, he told him to stop, he did it again, I cursed at him, he punched me I fought back)
flicking coke tabs at lunch in 8th grade
getting cheated off of without my knowledge in 8th grade
and so many more I'll try and remember
It is not the waitress's fault!

I get into trouble for the stupid things always. I am a Junior in high school for those who don't know. Here's a flavor of the dumbest things I've gotten detention for.
5th grade- I did not know what stew was as in the soup. My mother never made it. The teacher thought I was kidding and gave me after school detention.
6th grade- After School detention for imitating sammy sprinkler from "Benchwarmers." Apparently I was mocking my friend in an inappropriate way.
The latest one earlier this year. I can't say the words "Division 1" anymore because I brought it up twice in class and it was "excessive talking of sports."
Oh Catholic schools. There are many more stupid things my friends and I have gotten into trouble for, but I find these the best.
