Need dual monitor advice/support

I picked up a used Sony Vaio all-in-one computer from a friend and want to connect my 23 inch Samsung as a dual monitor, the problem is this all-in-one does not have a monitor port for an external hook up. What are my options? Can I connect my 23 inch with an USB adapter? or is there some other option?

Here is an external USB video card that will work for you. Keep in mind that speed wise USB is much slower than PCI-E and you may experience issues when trying to run video-intensive apps on that extended monitor.

EDIT: I noticed that this adapter only supports 1280 x 1024, you should check your 23in Samsung monitor's native resolution. If you looked at the related items in the link I provided, you can see other USB-Video adapters.
