Am I the only one who thinks if I was in any of these prospects shoes at this point in the process or even months ago that I would of turned myself into a hermit outside of workouts and going to the gym? Seriously, it's like being promised a piece of the lottery if you can just hold onto the ticket then going out and waving the dang thing around.

What is wrong with these kids! I would return punts naked in December in Buffalo for a shot at one down in the NFL.

This is hilarious. Just as I was starting to consider him. Not smart at all. I hope he is off our board. NFL has to start making examples out of them no matter how talented.
Possible Free Agents

Offensive Line
OT Eric Winston Age 29
OG Brandon Moore Age 32

Defensive Line
Thought we would get someone on the defensive line but in Marinelli we trust till further notice

Not that it helps much, but he was trying to break up a fight and accidentally hit a police officer in the melee.

Still not a smart idea to be out on the town a week before the draft, but don't go around thinking he's just punching cops for the fun of it.

I think he's a day three prospect at best.

Interesting, we are pretty to quick to judge.

But, you'd have to think he'd have "i have the draft in 1 week i'm not getting involved in anything, so i'm walking away" running through his head at all times.

I have no problem with going out and enjoying yourself. But be smart and stay out of trouble. Why is that so hard? I've gone out plenty of times and partied with the best of them. I managed to stay out of trouble.

Default The story according to the Omaha World-Herald

Apparently he was involved in a fight with another individual. The police came to break it up and Dennard allegedly pushed and punched the officer and they say 4 officers had to take him into custody.

After reading that, it makes me want to take him off the board completely.

Ol' Gil Brandt is being courteous when he says that this may drop him 'a round'.

I can see the headline now:

Football prospect arrested for indecent exposure!

Seriously though, Hermit isn't even the word. Hell I'd have gym equipment installed in my house so I'd never have to leave. Or maybe I'd go on a sabbatical and chill with monks in the Himalayan Mountains lol.

He was projected as a late second to early third round prospect on most boards BEFORE this arrest. His stock is going to be significantly lower than that now.

If he gets taken in or before the fifth round, he should thank his lucky stars and throw an extra $20 in the offering plate next Sunday.
