Cowboys almost cannot go wrong. Whomever they pick at 14 is sure to be an upgrade. I have no problem if J&J take:

Even if they trade down and take:

Upshaw

It's win-win no matter what, the Cowboys have needs almost everywhere.

I like the list. Mine would be:

1) Trade down to 18 and select Ingram
2) Cox
3) Brockers
4) Barron

Trading down to 18 and getting #78 and Ingram would be awesome. Ingram needs to play for a Ryan. They would maximize his rare versatility. He will be a complete waste for a 4-3 team. He could line up next to Ware in nickle and play all kinds of crazy games. I think Rob could figure out 454 ways to use him and Spencer together for this year.

It really frees up the other picks for BPA at corner, de, safety, interior ol, receiver or a special tight end. It frees up at least $8million of cap room in 2013 to buy next year's pressing need.
