Default Can't we package a 3rd & 4th?

For a 2nd? We have an extra 4th so we have something to work with. No?

I did some calculations and it's not even enough to get us all the way to the top of the 3rd

To go to the top of round 2, yes. If they wait until late in the round, they could potentially package 3rd and 4th along with a 2nd next year and get there. But I don't do that trade unless there's someone I REALLY want.

I'm never a fan of mortgaging next year's picks for the current year. All too often there's buyers remorse. We mad our trade and our pick. Live with it, see another day and hope to do well with the rest of a deep draft.

The Washington Redskins.............where former Pro Bowlers go to suck.

Yea, I agree.

I never like dipping into next year's picks either because you never know where that pick might actually end up being. You could be trading away a pick in the mid 20s or you could be trading away a pick in the top 10, just too risky.

WE ARE NOT likely to get back into the 2nd round-----unless we give away a #1 next year. Fans need to forget a trade back and just wait for the 3rd round.

The one bold move would be enough for me for this draft.
